1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or hiring Sueraksa Electricity Hua Hin for electrical services and installations, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Free Diagnostics & Quotes

• Onsite Diagnosis: We offer free troubleshooting and pricing estimates in Hua Hin, Cha-am, and Pranburi with no travel fee.
• Price Amendments: If additional faults affecting safety are discovered, we will provide a updated estimate and ask for your approval before proceeding.

3. Service Warranty Policy

We provide after-service warranties under the following terms:

• General Electrical Repair: 3 to 6 months warranty on the repaired fault.
• New Wiring Installation: 1 year warranty on all wiring work.
• Breaker Panel / Safe-T-Cut Installation: 6 months warranty on panel configurations.

4. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty is void under the following conditions:

• Modifications or additions performed by third-party electricians post-delivery.
• Damage caused by natural events (direct lightning, floods) or animal chews.
• Power overload caused by using appliances exceeding breaker capacity limits.
